Reba KantaGogoi is a resident of Mohmaikigaon(village) in Golaghat district of Assam. He is the son of Late RudreswarGogoi. His is 53 years. He is married to Anu Gogoi.

Education:

He is a BA from Dergaon Kamal Dowerah College, Dergaon, 1992 batch.

Career and Politics-

Reba KantaGogoi first contested as an Independent candidate in the Assam Assembly Election 2016 from Bokakhat constituency and lost the battle to Atul Bora of Asom Gana Parishad (AGP).

This is the second time he shall be contesting the Assam Assembly Elections for the upcoming 15th Assam Assembly as an AJP candidate from Bokakhat constituency.
