Simanta Kumar Dutta completed his HSLC (Class X) in 1998 from Tamulichgia High School. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in 2006 from Ghanakanta Bora College, Tamulichgia under Dibrugarh University. He did his LLB in 2013 from Nagaon Law College.
