Chandan Brahma from Sidli constituency: Early Life, Education, Career and Politics

Early Life:

Chandan Brahma is the son of Late Hirendra Nath Brahma. He is 51 years old and is a resident of South Kajalgaon, Simlaguri, in Chirang district. He is married to Bharati Brahma. She is a business woman.

Education:

Chandan Brahma received his B.A. degree from Gauhati University in the year 1996.

Career & Political Life:

Chandan Brahma is Assam Minister for Tourism, Welfare of Plain Tribes and Backward Classes. He is the sitting MLA of Sidli. He had won the Sidli seat in the 2016 Assam Assembly elections. He is contesting on a BPF ticket for the second time.
