Monowar Hussain is a resident of Kanaimara village Pt-I, South SalmaraMankachar district of Assam. He is the son of Late Narul Mohammad Sarkar. Monowar is 46 years old.

He has completed M.A in Philosophy from Gauhati University in 1998.

Career and Politics:

He is contesting the 2021 Assam Assembly Election from Mankachar constituency as an Independent Candidate.

He has one case against him for unlawful assembly, use of obscene acts and songs to annoy others, use of criminal force to deter public servant from discharging his duty, for capturing image of women.
