2 dead in road accident at Numaligarh

NUMALIGARH: Two died in a road accident at Radhabari area on Rangagara-Mohuramukh connecting road near Numaligarh on Sunday. One 407 truck (Registration No- AS-03-F-0277) collided with a motorbike (Registration No- AS-05-L-0503) that was coming from the opposite direction. The rider and the pillion on the motorbike sustained grave injuries and died at the spot. They are identified as Ritul Bora of Dergaon and Beauty Bora of Bhulaguri. After being informed, Kamargaon Police reached the spot, seized the 407 truck and also detained the driver. The bodies of the deceased were sent to Golaghat Kushal Konwar Civil Hospital for postmortem.
