Assam's first Corona patient cured and discharged
The first corona positive person from Karimaganj, Assam has been discharged from the hospital as he is cured
Guwahati: The first COVID-19 positive person from Assam has been discharged from the hospital as he is cured. The person is from Karimaganj and was undergoing treatment at Silchar Medical College & Hospital. From there he was discharged, informed Assam Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. The Health Minister said that the person was found to be COVID-19 negative after three consecutive tests.
