Community surveillance programme inaugurated in Udalguri district

UDALGURI: The community surveillance programme was inaugurated in Udalguri district by Deputy Commissioner Prakash Ranjan Gharphalia at Baligaon Panbari village. Around 34 medical units under Udalguri Block Primary Health Centre, Orang Block Primary Health Centre and Khairabari Block Primary Health Centre will visit 802 villages to identity potential COVID-19 cases and check influenza-like illness (ILI) cases. The medical units comprise doctors, MPWs, ANMs and ASHA workers.
