COVID-19 pandemic: Kalaigaon Press Guild thanks doctors and health workers

KALAIGAON: Kalaigaon Press Guild expressed gratitude to all doctors and health workers of Kalaigaon Model Hospital for their relentless and dedicated service during the COVID-19 pandemic.

"Doctors, frontline workers, including nurses, pharmacists, technicians and other staff, are putting themselves in harm's way so that we can be safe," said Kaneshwar Deka, president of Kalaigaon Press Guild.

Deka expressed concern that people of Kalaigaon were still not taking safety measures like wearing masks and maintaining social distancing. So, he urged people to follow the necessary guidelines.
