Giant python recovered at Numaligarh Tea Estate in Golaghat district

NUMALIGARH: A giant python was recovered at Numaligarh Tea Estate under Numaligarh forest beat in Golaghat district on Thursday. The workers of the tea garden saw the python when they went to pluck tea leaves. Forest department personnel reached the spot and recovered the giant python. It was over 13-foot long. Later, it was released in Deopahar reserve forest area. Recently, another giant python was recovered at Rajabari tea estate under Bukhial forest beat.
