Online quiz competition conducted at Golaghat

GOLAGHAT: Amidst the nationwide lockdown, three youths from Golaghat have come up with a unique concept. Sayed Nekib, Biswajit Pujari and Sarat Chetia, under the banner of their quiz club Equinox, organized a national-level Home Quarantine Online Quiz Competition titled 'Gyan Manthan 1.0' on May 3. In the competition, more than 90 quiz competitors from different parts of the country took part.

Earlier an online registration for the competition was held. On May 3, the online quiz competition was organized. The competitors were given questions on their e-mail address through a Google link and they had to submit their answers through the same link. The results were declared on Tuesday. Tezpur University bagged the top three positions. Rajibul Awal, Mridul Sharma and Abhilash Das from Tezpur University bagged the first, second and third positions respectively.
