Vehicles seized for lockdown violation in Bongaigaon district

BONGAIGAON: Just after declaration of fresh COVID-19 positive cases in Guwahati within a span of 24 hours, security in Bongaigaon has been tightened to enforce the lockdown. Superintendent of Police Subodh Sonowal himself checked vehicles on Thursday and several vehicles were seized during this drive for violating lockdown guidelines. The SP said that police would be stricter now to enforce the lockdown.
