Biswanath schools shine in CBSE 10 exam

Biswanath Chariali, May 29: The Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV), Sonitpur situated at Biswanath Chariali shone with hundred percentage result in the Class X exam conducted by CBSE, result of which was declared on Tuesday.

Nibaran Saikia topped with 96 per cent followed by Shatabdi Rajkhowa with 95.2 per cent and Darshana Handique with 93.4. Another school, East Indian School also performed well with nine students getting distinction, eight getting star marks and 24 getting first division. Shradha G Koushik of the school secured 100 in Social Science while Ahimansu Kashyap topped with 93.5 per cent.

On the other hand, the students of Biswanath Jnan Bharati School also showed hundred per cent result. Tinashri Devi secured 97 per cent, Chitashri Phukan secured 96.4 per cent and Chirin Amin secured 93.3 percent. Chitashri Phukan got 100 in General Science.
