Coronavirus Update: Assam Tests One More Positive of COVID-19; Tally Reached at 30

The tally of Assam has reached to 30 as a new case of COVID-19 has been reported from Dhubri this morning (Monday)

State health minister Himanta Biswa Sarma took to twitter to announce the new case in Assam and he said, Alert ~ Another person from Dhubri, connected with #TablighiJamaat meet at #NizamuddinMarkaz, has been found #COVID19 positive. The total number of #Covid patients in #Assam now stands at 30.

This person also has a visit record in Tablighi jamaat at Nizamuddin Markaz in New Delhi. Meanwhile, Assam had its first death for coronavirus as the 65-year patient Haji Haque Barbhuyan who had a visit record of Nizamuddin Markaz
