Manipur’s first COVID-19 patient tests negative, Reports

Manipur’s first COVID-19 positive patient, who is a 23-year girl, has reportedly, tested negative in the latest test. As per reports, her sample was tested on Saturday at Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Medical Sciences(JINMS), Imphal and was found negative for the COVID-19. She has been undergoing treatment at the JINMS after she was detected novel coronavirus positive on March 24. Th. Bhimo, the Director of the JINMS informed media that the present state of the patient is stable. The girl has been pursuing study in UK and returned to home in March after the outbreak of the pandemic which claimed lives of more than 70 people in the country so far. After that she had tested novel coronavirus positive.
