Mishap claims budding photographer

Biswanath Chariali, May 18: One Nabajit Borthakur (19), a budding photographer and son of Upen Borthakur of Borkura village, was killed on Wednesday evening when a goods carrier rammed into him at Borpukhuri under Biswanath Chariali Police Station in the Biswanath district. Nabajit was busy in photo shoot near Borpukhuri TE with his three friends - Pallav Jyoti Borah, Dipanker Bhuyan and Pranav De -who were also seriously injured in the accident. Nabajit succumbed to his injuries.
