NDFB over ground worker nabbed

Kokrajhar, June 4: Based on specific input received from local sources about presence of one hardcore over ground worker of the NDFB (S) in Salbari, Chirang Army along with police launched a joint operation on the night of June 2. Sources said the over ground worker was apprehended by the Army and police from a house. A 7.62 mm pistol, two live rounds of bullets, two fired cases and extortion notes were also recovered. The arrested rebel has been identified as Bilifang Narzary.
