Five wonderful Vintage trends that should come back on the runway, says some of the stylists, designers and models.

1. The hand woven.

In the past the true beauty of clothes were the ones where every stitch was done by hands and every fabric was hand woven. Fashion designer Rahul Mishra says, sustainability isn’t a desire, it’s a necessity for the fashion world.

2. The ‘Go Boho’ look!

The love for boots, big shades and short dresses never fades away, says model Achala Sachdev. She also added that the bell bottoms with threads somehow encourages the freedom of dressing up the way we want.

3. The Bohemian-Retro look.

The charm that the clothes had in the 70’s with all the prints, colors, flares with the hippie-chic in it simply amazes and suits with the Indian body type. Says celebrity stylist Aastha Sharma.

4. The Stylish 20’s and 30’s

The ravishing embroidery designs of the late 20’s and 30’s along with drop waist dresses, caps, headgears looked stunning. All the glitz and glamour with all the shines and feathers must come back. Celebrity stylist Rick Roy also added that he likes structured and high-waist looks from the late 30’s.

5. The Flappers

Flapper dresses have always been feminine and flattering for most of the body types throughout ages and would love it if they return to the Vogue says Celebrity stylist Namrata Deepak.
