SC Refuses Stay on UPPSC Mains

New Delhi: Some students had filed petitions to the court demanding a stay on the mains exam of UPPSC on the grounds of not complying with the HC’s order. However, a vaction bench of justices: Deepak Gupta and UU Lalit have dismissed it, allowing the UPPSC’s appeal against HC. Thursday, SC has refused to stay UPPSC mains exam for 18th June, setting apart the Allahabad HC order for re-evaluation of prelims results.
