Students Prohibited from Joining Rallies and Protests during Classes

Guwahati: In a major decision taken by the State Government today, the administration has passed a circular that has prohibited the participation of students in any type of protest and rallies conducted in and around the area during the time of regular classes. The directive further stated that if any of the students are found participating in rallies and protests, stringent action will be taken by the Law Implementation Committee against Higher authorities of the Institution which would also include salary deduction.
