21 passengers injured as bus falls into ditch

Boko, May 12: A night super bus (AS 01 HC 9036) fell into a ditch on Saturday morning at Lampara under Boko Police Station. The bus was coming from Siliguri, West Bengal to Shillong. Total 21 passengers, including three children, were injured and they were admitted at the Bamunigaon Model Hospital and Boko Hospital. Five of them who were seriously injured were referred to GMCH.

According to officer in-charge of Boko Police Station, Jogendra Barman, the bus fell into the ditch due to high speed while driving.
