A comprehensive exhibition of products, services, and innovations by IDSA member companies will be a part of the conference. The event will also recognize women entrepreneurs from the Northeast for their contributions to the industry. The event will have interactive sessions with direct selling entrepreneurs and students from various colleges and universities. The IDSA stated that the direct selling business in India has increased to a considerable size as its market crosses ₹21,282 crore and ranks 11th globally. The growth rate of this industry in the year 2022-23 stood at 12%, and it provided self-employment to more than 86 lakh people. Among them, 32 lakh are women.
