Majuli Gearing Up for Yoga Day

Majuli: World’s biggest river island, Majuli is all set to celebrate World Yoga Day on 21st June. Majuli is an example of living phoenix that emerges from the ashes each time it drowns, and gathers itself to come out with flying colours. An official meeting regarding the preparations of the celebrations, was held at the Deputy Commissioner’s office. All the state government officials attended the meeting.
