Scribe dies in mishap

Biswanath Chariali, June 17: Kabya Hazarika, a local journalist from Sootea in Biswanth district, died on Saturday night after his motorcycle met with an accident on the NH-15 at Hazarimal under Sootea PS. He was 32. A resident of Charaijania village, Chatiya, Hazarika leaves behind his parents, three brothers and a host of relatives. His death was widely mourned.
