Guwahati: The Assam State Rural Livelihood Mission (ASRLM) in coordination with Assam Gramin Vikash Bank (AGVB) on Thursday organized a credit camp at Market Committee Hall, Uparhali with the aim to reach customers of the bank and those eligible Self Help Group members under ASRLM, stated a press release.
Kamrup Deputy Commissioner Biswajit Pegu was the chief guest of the programme. The guests of honour who were present in the programme were Dipankar Baruah, SPM-FI from SMMU, ASRLM, RK Sarma, Regional Manager, AGVB, Ajay Sahai, LDM, UCO Bank, Arup Bharali, Functional Manager, Haren Nath, APO Credit, DRDA.
Regional Manager, AGVB made the SHG members aware of the need of bank linkage, regularity in bank transactions, availing bank loan and timely repayment of loans through proper productive utilization of the loan amount.
He at last but not the least handed his vote of thanks for successfully completing the programme and affirmed to come with such meet again in due course of time.
