Silchar, May 25: Customer awareness programme was organized by State Bank of India, regional business office at Gandhi Bhawan in Silchar. The programme was basically a medium for the bank to spread awareness about the rights of the customers when they step into any banking organization. The programme was inaugurated by Pradip Kumar Paul, regional manager, regional business office, Silchar. The programme was graced by the presence of Jugi Raj Doley, assistant general manager, Silchar branch, Partha Bhowal, chief manager, regional business office, Debashish Das, chief manager and others. They spoke at length about the need and necessity of organization of such enlightening customer awareness programmes.
