NRL participates in India’s largest employee engagement programme
GUWAHATI: NRL’s holding Company, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited has been running a national initiative in the form of a quiz contest for engagement of employees and channel partners aptly name ‘Brand Quiz Baadshah’. The objective of this initiative is to enhance knowledge, build brand ambassadors and unleash latent potential in the employees and channel partners. This initiative has been recognized by ‘India Book of Records’ as the ‘Largest Employee Engagement Programme’ by an Indian organization with Pan India impact in the year 2017, a press release stated on Friday.
This year’s edition witnessed total participation of 12,646 employees and channel partners. The initiative commenced on June 26 and comprised of five rounds of participation with first two rounds on online digital platform and next three rounds on live platform held in 24 locations across the country. The quarterfinals and semifinals for NRL was held on August 8 at Numaligarh. The winners of the semifinals Amitabh Roy, Officer ( Operations ) NRL and Juganta Senapati Manager (Operations) NRL will be representing NRL at the Grand Finale at Mumbai in October 2018 where a national champion will be chosen among the eight finalist teams.
