SBI North East Circle launches Grahak Mitra

GUWAHATI: On the first day of the year 2020, SBI North East Circle, keeping in view the greater benefits of its customers, launched the initiative of Floor Manager (Grahak Mitra) in 8 (eight) high footfall branches of SBI in Guwahati city to meet and greet the customers walking into the branches besides providing quick and quality resolution of simple queries. Floor Managers will be the first point of contact for customers walking into the branch and for resolution of general customer queries. The eight branches where services will be available from Wednesday are Beltola, Guwahati Medical College, South Guwahati, West Guwahati, Gauhati University, Maligaon, Chenikuthi and Guwahati Refinery Complex. The services will be available in other branches in a phased manner, stated a press release.
