Assam Rifles distributes sports items at Meira Club, Jiribam and CKC Club

SILCHAR: Kadamtala Battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of 22 Sector/ Inspector General of Assam Rifles (East) distributed sports items at Meira Club, Jiribam and CKC Club, Jiribam. Sports items comprising 16 footballs, 16 volleyballs, 8 volleyball nets, 20 badminton racquets and shuttles were distributed to promote sports in the region. The initiative was welcomed by the local people and villagers where sports is a major activity and expressed their heartfelt gratitude towards Kadamtala Bn for such a noble gesture.
