Indian Overseas Bank official Kennedy Rankhel placed under suspension

Silchar: Kennedy Rankhel, an official with Indian Overseas Bank, Silchar, was temporary suspended from discharging his services as he was found in an intoxicated condition during training of poll party which was going on at Government High School, Silchar. Laya Madduri, Deputy Commissioner cum District Election Officer immediately asked the authorities concerned to suspend Kennedy under the provisions of the Representation of People Act, 1951. The authorities concerned have suspended Kennedy Rankhel.
