13 candidates files nomination papers in Kamrup (Metro)

GUWAHATI: As many as 13 candidates filed their nomination papers for the four Assembly constituencies in Kamrup (M) election district on Thursday. As many as 17 candidates filed their nomination papers till Thursday.

While Naba Kumar Nath (Ind) and Ramen Chandra Barthakur (INC) submitted their nomination papers for Jalukbari Constituency; Atul Bora (BJP), Nitul Das (Ind), Sonamoni Das (LJP), Dr. Sailen Kalita (Ind), Charan Chandra (Ind) and Pallabi Rabha (JD-U) filed their nominations for Dispur LAC; Siddhartha Bhattacharya (BJP) and Bhupen Sarma (All India Forward Block) filed nominations for Gauhati East LAC and Ramendra Narayan Kalita (AGP), Debakesh Malla Buzar Baruah (JD-U) and Avijit Chakraborty (Ind) filed nominations for Gauhati West.
