GUWAHATI: Customs sleuths seized 16,380 packets of foreign cigarettes valued at Rs 34.76 lakh sent in a speed post parcel and received by the Transit Mail Office at the Lokapriya Gopinath Bordoloi International (LGBI) Airport on Saturday. The parcel from Aizawl came by road for onward transportation by air. The packets wrapped 34 bundles were meant to be dropped in Srinagar (32 bundles) and three in Delhi.
