7,000 people in Guwahati have not received supply water

GUWAHATI: Since last three days, approximately 7,000 people of the city have not received supply water. According to a Junior Engineer of the Urban Water, a pump is under repairment and the row water pipe has bursted. According to a source, the pipeline provides water to the resident of Zoo Road in the morning, Sarumotoria in the afternoon and Christian Basti in the evening. The source added that the concerned team is working and the repairment work will be completed very soon.
