AALSA (All Assam Law Students Association) demands justice for Dimple Kumawat

GUWAHATI: Members of AALSA (All Assam Law Students Association), on Friday, submitted a letter to the OC (Officer-in-Charge of Latashil Police station regarding the horrifying murder of 13-year-old girl Dimple Kumawat and urged the Police department to ensure that the offender gets punishment as soon as possible.

Stating this in a press reease, the AALSA said, "In the letter, we have mentioned that the police force should do proper investigation about this incident so that offender and the other accused should get punishment.

Advisor of the Central Committee of AALSA, Kishore Kalita stated that the case should be taken to FTC (Fast Track Court); and the culprits be punished without any delay as per law along so that the departed soul of the talented girl and her family receives justice.

Among the AALSA members present on the occasion were Kishore Kalita, Nazrul Khan, Aurobindo Baroi, Selimul Islam, Hirasmita Das, and Manashi Gogoi along with the other members, added the press release.
