AGMDCS lodged an FIR against teacher for 'derogatory comments'

GUWAHATI: The All Guwahati Metro District Chutia Students' Union (AGMDCS) lodged an FIR at the Panbazar Police Station against a lady teacher for allegedly making derogatory comments against the community on social media.

The FIR was filed by the AGMDCS president Dimpul Chutia. According to the FIR, the Goalpara-based lady teacher has hurt the sentiment of the Chutia community while trying to criticize a social media post by Singer Krishnamoni Chutia. The body demanded investigation and stringent punishment against the woman.
