All Assam Netaji Committee observes Independence Day

The National Flag was hoisted by Dr Babita Choudhury, Principal, RG Baruah College. She appealed to the upcoming generation to work in unison for the progress of the nation.

Working president Debashish Sengupta delivered the welcome speech. Patron of the committee ex-Mayor Mrigen Sarania requested all to develop fellow feeling and work for the welfare of the country. Vice president Biswajit Khound speaks about the contributions of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose in freedom movement, a press release said.
