All Judicial Employees of The State Stir On September 12

GUWAHATI: All judicial employees of the State (Sub-ordinate Court Judicial Employees) will go for a non-cooperation agitation on September 12, 2019, in protest against the non-implementation of Justice Shetty Commission recommendations.

The Supreme Court of India directed the State government on October 27, 2017 to explain as to why the benefits of the recommendation of the Justice Shetty Commission has not been extended to the staff of the Sub-ordinate Judiciary.
