Assam: ASSEB Division-I Announces Registration for Class IX Students from April 1

Guwahati: The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB), Division-I, has announced that the registration process for Class IX students for the academic year 2025-26 will commence on April 1, 2025.

In an official notification, the board has directed all affiliated schools to ensure the readiness of necessary documents before the registration process begins. The required details include the student’s Aadhaar number, Permanent Education Number (PEN), Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry (APAAR) ID, and a duly filled Data Capture Sheet. Additionally, a copy of the student’s birth certificate must be submitted. Schools have been advised to complete all necessary preparations in advance to ensure a smooth and hassle-free registration process.
