Assam: Draft of poll stations in 5 LACs of Kamrup (M) released

GUWAHATI: The draft list of polling stations in the recently demarcated 33-Dispur, 34-Dimoriya (scheduled castes), 35-New Guwahati, 36-Guwahati Central, and 37-Jalukbari has been released.

The District Election Officer has informed us that, as per Section 25 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, the draft list has been prepared. The official also informed me that the list will be available at his office during office hours. Apart from that, the list for the Dispur constituency will be available at the Dispur Revenue Circle office, for the Dimoria constituency at the Sonapur Revenue Circle office, for New Guwahati at the Kamrup Metro DC office, for Guwahati Central at the Guwahati Revenue Circle office, and for the Jalukbari constituency at the Azara Revenue Circle office.

If the voters have any complaints or suggestions regarding the same, they can give them in writing to the District Election Officer by November 3.
