GUWAHATI: EMRI Green Health Services has refuted the allegations leveled against it by the 108 Mrityunjoy workers in Assam. In a statement issued to the media on February 4, 2025, EMRI Green Health Services head said, "The allegations of staff shortages, delayed maintenance, lack of fuel supply, arbitrary deductions, transfer issues, and favoritism within the service are entirely false. The service provider claims to maintain adequate staffing levels, with any temporary shortages being promptly addressed through internal adjustments and recruitment processes. Regarding maintenance and fuel supply, the service provider stated that all ambulances undergo regular maintenance and inspections to ensure they are in optimal working condition. They also claimed that fuel supply is continuously monitored to prevent any service disruptions and that fuelling is done through an online process without any human interference."

The service provider also denied allegations of arbitrary salary deductions and unjustified transfers, stating that all salary processes are conducted transparently, following regulatory and contractual guidelines. Employee transfers, when necessary, are carried out based on operational requirements, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies.
