Assam Excise Minister Parimal Suklabaidya calls for mass awareness regarding COVID-19

GUWAHATI: State Excise Minister Parimal Suklabaidya, on Wednesday, informed all the staff and officers of the Assam Forest Department to raise awareness amongst the general public regarding COVID-19.

The Minister highlighted the need of awareness among the masses regarding social distancing and maintaining hygiene to be safe and protected from COVID-19. Expressing his concern over the safety of the staff, he urged everyone to take precautionary measures including the usage of gloves and sanitizers while they are on duty to safeguard the important elements of nature.
