Assam Government appointed Dhurubajyoti Maral as new AFCSCL vice-chief

GUWAHATI: The Assam Government appointed Dewan Dhurubajyoti Maral as the vice-chairperson (non-executive) of the Board of Directors of Assam Food & Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd (AFCSCL) with immediate effect.

The government appointed Maral following approval from the Chief Minister. The food and Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department Secretary issued a notification regarding the appointment of Maral.

Dewan Dhurubajyoti Maral is the convener of the BJP Assam Pradesh's media department.
