Assam Government carried out major reshuffle of forest officers

GUWAHATI: The State Government carried out a major reshuffle of 15 senior Environment and Forest Department officers on Wednesday.

Monica Kishore, Assistant Conservator of Forest attached to the Divisional Forest officer, Sonitpur East Division, Biswanath, has been transferred and posted as Assistant Conservator of Forest attached to the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Guwahati Wildlife Division, Guwahati, against existing vacancy. Champak Deka, Assistant Conservator of Forest, Nagaon Wildlife Division, Nagaon, has been posted as Assistant Conservator of Forest attached to the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Nagaon South Division, Hojai, against existing vacancy. Khanindra Kalita, Assistant Conservator of Forest attached to the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Digboi Division, Digboi, has been transferred and posted as Assistant Conservator of Forest, attached to the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Dibrugarh Division, Dibrugarh, against existing vacancy.

KK Deka, Assistant Conservator of Forest attached to the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Nagaon Division, Nagaon, has been transferred and posted as Assistant Conservator of Forest attached to the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Guwahati Social Forestry Division, Guwahati, against existing vacancy. Pranjal Kotoki, Assistant Conservator of Forest attached to the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Doomdooma Division, has been transferred and posted as Assistant Conservator of Forest attached to the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Forest Research Division, Guwahati, against existing vacancy.

Piraisoodan B, has been posted as Divisional Forest Officer, Western Assam Wildlife Division, Tezpur, against existing vacancy. Dipul Barman, earlier posted as Divisional Forest Officer, Baksa Forest Division, has been posted as Deputy Conservator of Forest attached to the office of the Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forest (T), Lower Assam Zone, Guwahati, against existing vacancy. Kanak Baishya, Divisional Forest Officer, Biswanath Wildlife Division, Biswanath, has been transferred and posted as Divisional Forest Officer, Nagaon South Division, Hojai, against existing vacancy. Akhil Dutta, Deputy Conservator of Forest attached to the office of the Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forest (T), Lower Assam Zone, Guwahati, has been transferred and posted as Divisional Forest Officer, Hailakandi Division. Jayanta Deka, Divisional Forest Officer, Hailakandi Division, has been transferred and posted as Divisional Forest Officer, Nagaon Wildlife Division, Nagaon. Khagesh Pegu, on deputation as Managing Director, Assam Urban Water Supply & Sewerage Board, has been transferred and posted as Divisional Forest Officer, Biswanath Wildlife Division. Motiur Rahman, Deputy Conservator of Forest attached to Office of Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forest (T), Lower Assam Zone, Guwahati, has been transferred and posted as Divisional Forest Officer, Karimganj SF Division, Karimganj, against existing vacancy. Priyasa Saikia, Deputy Conservator of Forest attached to the Conservator of Forest, Central Assam Circle, Guwahati, has been transferred and posted as Divisional Forest Officer, Bongaigaon Social Forestry Division, Bongaigaon, against existing vacancy.

S Sundar, Silviculturist, Assarn, has beeny transferred and posted as Deputy Conservator of Forest attached to the Office of the Special Principal Chief Conservator of Forest (Social Forestry), Guwahati. Dibakar Deb, DeputyConservator of Forest attached to the Office of the Special Principal Chief Conservator of Forest (Social Forestry), Guwahati, has been transferred and posted as Silviculturist, Assam.
