Assam government proposes extension of academic year

GUWAHATI: In order to minimize the loss of academic days, the Assam Government has proposed the extension of current academic year up to March 31, 2021. It has suggested continuing the academic year from April 1 to March 31 every year for all educational institutions under elementary and secondary education.

The government has requested the students to give their suggestions within 15 days by visiting the SEBA's official website

and click on the link portal for suggestion on revision of academic year. One may directly visit the official address – http:/sebaonline.ord/suggestion and mark the suggestion.
