Assam Governor Gulab Chand Kataria launches website of Raj Bhavan

GUWAHATI: Assam Governor Gulab Chand Kataria unveiled the official website of Raj Bhavan in the presence of the officers and staff of Raj Bhavan and NIC in the conference hall on Monday.

The website has been designed on the basis of all the standards and protocols prescribed by the Government of Assam and are available in English. The URL address of the website is https://rajbhavan.assam.gov.in/.

Speaking on the occasion, the Governor said that a website is a very important tool for an institution like Raj Bhavan. Toeing the line of the Digital India Mission, the Governor said that the website would enable the public in general to access the information of Raj Bhavan Assam, which should be available in the public domain, quickly, accurately, and effectively. Commissioner and Secretary to the Governor S.S. Meenakshi Sundaram was present at the launching function, stated a press release.
