JAGIROAD: In a tragic incident, the Government Railway Police Force (GRPF) at Jagiroad recovered the unidentified body of a young man from the railway track between Azuri and Sonwabari railway stations in Morigaon district on Friday. According to Jagiroad Railway Police Station Officer-in-Charge Mahendra Deka, the deceased is estimated to be between 40 to 45 years old, approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall, with black and white hair. He was found wearing butter-coloured half pants and a white shirt. The body has been sent to the morgue at Shaheed Tilak-Hemram-Gunaviram Civil Hospital in Morigaon, where it will be kept for 72 hours for identification purposes.
