

Guwahati: In a deplorable incident, a youth hailing from Guwahati in Assam has died in Kerala. The deceased person has been identified as Numal Rajbangshi, who was a resident of Santipur in Guwahati.
As per reports, Numal had travelled to Kerala along with two of his friends in search of work and the family members of the deceased have speculated that his friends are responsible for his death. His friends have been identified as Raja and Arjun.
Numal's family members have urged the Assam government to help them in bringing back his body from Kerala so that his last rites can be performed.
"He went out of the house saying that he is going to Kerala in search of a job along with two of his friends. On Sunday night, we got a call from the police stating that Numal has been found dead," said one of his family members.
Meanwhile, a youth who went missing on 25 May was found dead under mysterious circumstances following which chaos prevailed among the people at Jorhat Sadar police station.
As per information, the deceased had been identified as Akshay Bora, a resident of Rajguru village in Jorhat.
Notably, Akshay visited Golaghat on May 25th and soon after that he reportedly went missing.
Thereafter, his body was found buried in a field nearby the Kakodonga bridge on May 22.
Following the recovery of the body, local people surrounded the Jorhat police station and demanded strong action against those involved in the case.
Akshay's family members though resisted by saying that even after the missing complaint was registered, the police did not take any serious action after the day of his missing.
They went on to say that it might be a pre-planned murder.
