Blackmailed Minor Commits Suicide at Noonmati

GUWAHATI: A minor committed suicide on Thursday night after her friends allegedly blackmailed her over a video clip. The deceased was from Gopalnagar near Noonmati and had left behind a suicide note. Three of her friends were sent to juvenile home, however, the main accused is still to be caught. A case (657/19 U/S 120 (b), 306 & 506) has been registered at Noonmati police station.
