Body recovered under mysterious circumstances in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: Under mysterious circumstances, the body of a man was found near the rail line in the Jalukbari area on Monday.

According to sources, the incident took place in the Katia Dolong area of Jalukbari. The body is identified as that of Lalchand Ali, hailing from Dhubri. The Government Railway Police (GRP) from Kamakhya Junction reached the site to recover the body after receiving information. The body was later sent to Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for a post-mortem.
