GUWAHATI: The Centre for Cultural Resources and Training (CCRT), under the aegis of Ministry of Culture, has been associated in organizing various online teaching programmes, webinars, Facebook lectures, demonstrations and various programmes related to promotion of art and cultural heritage of different regions of the country, through social media during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The CCRT, Regional Centre, Guwahati is also organizing a number of Facebook lecture-demonstration programs on various topics related to promotion of cultural heritage of Assam and NE region involving many eminent experts and resource persons from Assam. The programmes held so far were addressed by Nrityacharjya Padamshree Jatin Goswami on "Sattriya Dance", professor Bhupendra Roy Choudhury on "Contribution of Assam towards India Literature," eminent mime artist Moinul Haque on "Mime and Movement", eminent journalist Mrinal Talukdar on "Role of Media for Promotion and Cultural Heritage," Dr Moushumi Kanadali on "Indian Painting and Contemporary Painting of Assam" and NE etc.
