Chain snatched from lady at Ulubari in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: Chain snatchers are back in Guwahati. Two scooty-borne miscreants snatched the chain from the neck of a lady at Ulubari near Barthakur Mill here on Sunday. The chain was snatched by the pillion rider.
